Each year
Thanksgiving Point hosts the annual
Tulip Festival. For several years I've been meaning to head down there and spend an evening taking photos. Between bad weather and busy schedules it never seems to work out. Yesterday afternoon was beautiful weather, and our calendar was blank. As soon as the hubs made it home from work, I took off alone for a photography field trip.
I love macro photography. The flowers were amazing. I was in my element. It was pretty much a perfect evening. I just wanted to share a few of my favorites that I was able to process last night after sifting quickly through my 400 shots.
Have a wonderful weekend!
