I did finish two projects entirely from my stash in January.
How about you? Link up any project made mostly from your stash during January. This doesn't have to be a quilt, just a project. It doesn't even have to be finished. Just share what you are working on from your stash. Add the Slash the Stash button into any old post, create a new post or just add it to your sidebar. Feel free to add any stash projects to my flickr group as well.

What a fun link :) Thanks for hosting :)
ReplyDeleteHa! I finished a quilt from stash this month but I can't post about it until it's gifted in February. Oh well!
ReplyDeleteI really love your top quilt!
I love that herringbone quilt! All my January projects were stash projects now that I think about it. I don't know if that's good (stash slashing!) or bad (the stash is just that big!).
ReplyDeleteHi Kati!
ReplyDeleteI've only started projects from my stash - haven't finished anything yet!
Hopefully soon!
Kati, I'm so glad you are hosting slash the stash. This is perfect timing as I just finished a quilt made from 99% of my stash. It was a good feeling to use what I had, although I was a bit sad to be done with some of the fabrics. Kudos to you for sticking to your plan and not stash building this month. Unfortunately, I can't say the same, but there's always next month!
ReplyDeleteHi Kati! I love your quilts and you use always the colours so beautifully! I hope that I have time to join your great party - I use a lot my stash because most of my works needs a lot small scraps. Have a lovely day! x Teje
ReplyDeleteCool projects! I only used my stash this month, but other than a couple of bee blocks, a Kindle cover, and a project I can't share, I've not really got any big finishes just yet! Must get my posterior in gear...
ReplyDeleteGreat job, Kati! You made some gorgeous stash quilts. I did a good job of not building the stash this month too...but I do need to buy a few things soon.
ReplyDeleteGreat stash quilt Kati! I must have missed that circle quilt, it looks great!!
ReplyDeleteGreat finishes, Kati! Love that they're from the stash. Very inspiring.
ReplyDeleteWhat exactly counts as stash? Something I won at sewing summit, I would guess? :) Is it anything that I didn't have to buy for the project? Because my stash is a bit ridiculous...
ReplyDeleteYour quilts are great! Thank you for hosting this, I am trying to make sure I use the fabric in the cupboard a lot of the time.
ReplyDeleteI made quite a few projects using my stash and my scraps but cannot show them yet (birthday presents etc.). But I added the button to my site.
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting this! I love working from my stash -- then the result is FREE! :D
ReplyDeleteKati - that chevron, zig-zag quilt is one of the coolest ever! I LOVE it. It was so much fun seeing you IRL last week.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful quilt! I did not buy any new in Jan but I HAVE to in Feb, I am running out of my solids :o(
